Sweet Bamboo is based in the South west of the UK. UK delivery only - please allow up to 7 working days.

Packaging

Here at SweetBamboo we like to use the least amount of packaging as possible and make sure all packaging is fully recyclable and contains no plastic. Our bottles and coffee cups come in small individual cardboard boxes which are then placed into ecomailing parcel bags. Our bundle package is similar but the individual boxes will be placed into a larger cardboard box with brown paper.

If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your order, please contact us within 30 days of purchase with your order number to arrange a possible replacement or refund. FYI- Products that have been damaged from dishwasher cleaning or microwave heating will not be replaced free of charge as this causes the bamboo to warp. Contact:Sweetbamboo97@outlook.com

Disposal

All products are fully recyclable* so we advice you at the end of the products life to recycle it. The Sweet Bamboo bottles have an expected life of 2-3 years if used everyday and suitably maintained.

*All of our products are fully recyclable but full recyclability of the products can depend on your local waste facility and there current detection equipment.
